Each house has ‘house-supplies’ so boarders can make a hot drink and a snack before bedtime. On certain nights there may be swimming or other house activities.
Bedtime is appropriate for each age group. Before bed, pupils are expected to prepare their clothes, clean their shoes, organise their school bag for the following day and to shower or wash before settling down to bed. Younger pupils are encouraged to read in bed before lights out.

Weekends
Although there is no Saturday school, many of the boarders are involved in sporting fixtures, or attend school for various practices. Others choose to spend the morning relaxing at the boarding house. Saturday afternoon sees organised trips to perhaps the cinema, ice skating rink or other local attractions. With a little forward planning individual interests can also be catered for. (Sailing and Horse Riding are both within walking distance of the boarding campus).
A relaxed start to the day on a Sunday, where boarders have the opportunity for a 'lie in' and also to cook their own breakfast. Those who wish to, attend the local church, before returning for lunch and prep. Following prep, two activity sessions are available (quad bikes, go karts, fencing, archery, swimming to name but a few). A trip to the village 'tops off' the afternoon, prior to a short time spent preparing for the new school week. After the evening meal, most of the younger boarders shower and settle down to an early movie before retiring to bed. Senior pupils utilise this time to ensure all their work is done in readiness for the busy week ahead.
