Ofsted boarding Inspection report - November 2010

The latest Ofsted inspection took place during the first week of November and I am delighted that the inspectorate found our provision to be outstanding, as they did in January 2008. The report noted: the high achievements of our boarders both academically and in their extra-curricular activities; the impressive range of social and recreational opportunities on offer; our excellent pastoral care; clear management systems, which ensure the safety and welfare of our pupils; the happiness of our pupils and the very positive pupil-staff relationships.
I congratulate all of the staff involved in this success, in particular our Head of Boarding, Ann Sutton.
