You will find Fiveways just across the road from the main Ryde school site. Our front door is in
Mrs Davies is in the hall to give everyone a warm welcome each morning. You can check what is for lunch on the Menu board and hand in any letters or messages to Miss McGrath in the Fiveways office.
Children in Year 1 and Year 2 go up to the first floor to find their classrooms. Mrs Grubb and Miss Noott will say good morning to you in Year 1 and Mrs Elsom and Miss Gillam will be ready to welcome you in Year 2. Our cosy library and the IT suite are also on the first floor. If you go through the garden to the Foundation Stage door on the ground floor, you will find Miss Lovell waiting to greet everyone in the mornings. She has the children’s names ready for sticking on the name chart so that we know who has arrived at school.
At playtime we play outside in our school grounds and enjoy lots of fresh air with our friends. Our gardeners look after our tubs and vegetable patch. We all look after the playground toys together.
Our lunch is cooked by Katie in our own kitchen and served in our sunny dining room.
We hold hands with a grown up as we go out of the door at the end of the day and take great care crossing the road and walking to our car.
