Welcome to Ryde School
Ryde School is a registered charity, which offers opportunities for boys and girls throughout their education.
Some children and their parents like the security, continuity and convenience of starting school in Fiveways at the age of 3 or 4, moving on into the Junior School at the age of 7, then into the Senior School at the age of 11. Other children and their parents prefer to start later, either joining in the Junior School or in the Senior School.
Whichever pattern a pupil chooses, every effort is made to ensure that the transition from one stage to another is trouble free, and to ensure that each individual receives an education appropriate to his or her current level of development.
I hope that this prospectus will convey to you some of the ethos and character of this family school. However it is only by visiting us that you will be able to appreciate the sense of purpose and the pleasant atmosphere that exists at Ryde. We look forward to meeting you and showing you our school.
