Ryde to host climate change event with Sacha Dench
Ryde School is pleased to work with the Isle of Wight Climate Education Hub to host Dare to Change the World this month.
Trailblazing adventurer, environmentalist and climate campaigner, Sacha Dench, will be a special guest at the event, on Thursday 24 September, at 6pm.
Sacha works tirelessly to protecting our planet, and she will share many of her fascinating stories about her experiences, including flying thousands of miles with migrating swans.
The evening talk in the School theatre will be followed by a drinks event in our Pavillion.
Tickets will be free of charge, though a donation of choice would be welcomed to help cover event costs and to support the wider work of the Isle of Wight Climate Change Education Hub.
